People don’t talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.  Here are some things you need to look for…

First, you’ll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.  If for any reason I cannot help you immediately, you are still covered!  I work with a large staff of very qualified real estate professionals who can help! You will never roam alone!

Second, you’ll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local Lake City Florida neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, etc. With my years of experience in the Lake City FL area market – I have the expertise and track record of success you need.
